Every niche industry today is under severe pressure of competition. There are hundreds of new companies coming into the market each year. In such a situation, it is not uncommon for businesses to lose their customers to new businesses and to find it hard to attract new customers. Consumers too are very selective these days and they are very particular about the products and the services they choose. With hundreds of options before them, they easily switch between brands. They have very little time for brands that they are unfamiliar with.
