West Bengal University of Health Sciences Kolkata has taken up the project of establishing a medical college named College of Medicine & JNM Hospital West Bengal University of Health Sciences at Kalyani under the ownership and administrative control of the university in the year 2009.Government of West Bengal assured an Essentiality Certificate for the establishment of this medical College for annual intake capacity of 100 MBBS students.
